RS3618xs cung cấp một nền tảng lưu trữ tập trung mạnh mẽ, cho phép các doanh nghiệp quản lý dữ liệu hiệu quả, bảo vệ thông tin quan trọng và chia sẻ tài nguyên một cách dễ dàng.
Với CPU lõi tứ Intel Xeon D-1521, bộ nhớ DDR4 ECC UDIMM lên đến 64GB, RS3618xs mang đến hiệu năng cực cao với tốc độ đọc tuần tự trên 3900MB/s và 143500 IOPS đọc ngẫu nhiên iSCSI. Khả năng này đáp ứng tốt các ứng dụng đòi hỏi băng thông lớn và độ trễ thấp.
RS3618xs có thể mở rộng lên đến 36 ổ đĩa bằng cách sử dụng Synology RX1217/RX1217RP, cho phép doanh nghiệp tăng dung lượng lưu trữ khi nhu cầu phát triển. Hỗ trợ tùy chọn card mạng 10GbE/40GbE giúp tăng cường khả năng kết nối mạng.
Tích hợp Synology Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), RS3618xs cung cấp giải pháp ảo hóa hoàn chỉnh, cho phép chạy nhiều máy ảo trên cùng một thiết bị. Hỗ trợ iSCSI/NFS động cho VMware, Windows Hyper-V, Citrix và OpenStack giúp tích hợp dễ dàng vào các môi trường ảo hóa hiện có.
RS3618xs hỗ trợ nhiều loại RAID (Basic, JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, RAID F1) giúp bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi lỗi ổ đĩa. Các tính năng bảo mật như tường lửa, mã hóa thư mục chia sẻ, mã hóa SMB, FTP qua SSL/TLS, SFTP, rsync qua SSH, chặn đăng nhập tự động và hỗ trợ Let's Encrypt giúp bảo vệ dữ liệu khỏi các mối đe dọa bên ngoài.
